Sorry, once an order has been placed it is final. There are no refunds or exchanges.

Orders are shipped from Los Angeles within 1-3 business days upon receipt. We Offer Free  Shipping for orders in the USA.

Susona offers Domestic and International Shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at check-out. For Overseas orders, Orders are shipped through a variety of courier companies, available for you at check out. The Customer is responsible for all duties and brokerage fees.
